• Ballots will be available at the check-out and/or service desk area of participating businesses only.
• Ballots MUST be stamped by participating business. Unstamped ballots will be invalid.
• 1 entry form per customer, per visit. Purchase not required.
• Owner, manager and/or staff of the participating business may not enter at that business; but may enter at other participating business locations.
• Contestant’s information must be complete and legible.
• Entry forms may be submitted at participating businesses up to 48 hours prior to published draw date.
• Date/time/place of draw will appear on ballot boxes and Chamber of Commerce website, www.wasagainfo.com.
• If, due to circumstances beyond control, draw cannot take place as advertised, it will be held as soon as possible thereafter.
• Winners will be contacted by telephone or surface mail. Winners’ names to be published in local newspaper and Chamber of Commerce website.
• Prizes will be awarded only as advertised for each SHOP the BEACH and WIN draw. Prizes are non-transferable and to be redeemed only by the winner.
• Prizes will be awarded as vouchers, in $50 denominations, to the prize value as advertised. Redeemable only at participating businesses.
• Vouchers will have no cash value. There will be no change given from vouchers.
• Prizes awarded to winners at Chamber of Commerce office within 14 days of notification or longer at request of winner.
• Winners’ names and/or photos will be used in “Shop in Wasaga Beach” Chamber of Commerce promotions.
